No. 1589 /2020 stands disposed of statistical purpose.
Moreover, the Notice of Motion No. 1845/2020 is proceeded
without say. It is for taking action for breach of order.
Therefore it would not be proper to tag it with suit. On
08.09.2021 the plaintiff was directed to lead evidence in
support of said notice of motion. The plaintiff failed to lead
evidence thus the plaintiff to explain why said Notice of
Motion be disposed of for want of prosecution. Further record
shows that the plaintiff has not filed documents like property
card, share certificate, photo pass or equivalent documents in
terms of Para 8, Chapter 2 of Civil Manual in respect of the
suit property. Therefore the plaintiff to explain why plaint
shall not be rejected. Meantime both parties may file draft
issues. Matter stands adjourned to 31-10-2025 for
compliance.
