ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.22,93,155/- (Rs. Twenty Two Lakh Ninety Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty Five Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
