By this application, plaintiff wish to withdraw the suit on the count that the matter is amicably settled.  Plaintiff\''s authorized signatory is present.  I had verified the contents of the application with him and he admitted that plaintiff wish to withdraw the suit.  Along with the application, he has annexed the authority letter dated 04.12.2020 of the plaintiff authorizing him for withdrawal of the suit.  Even, he is signatory to the plaint on the basis of authority letter dated 19.10.2020.  He has also annexed the copy of his PAN card along with the application which is verified from the original and the original is returned to him.
It appears that the plaintiff has settled the matter and does not wish to prosecute the present suit.  Therefore, it is expedient to pass the following order.
ORDER
1.     Application (Exh.2) is allowed.
2.     Suit is disposed of as withdrawn.
3.     No order as to costs.
4.     Court fees be refunded to the plaintiff as per Rules.
5.     Application (Exh.2) is disposed of accordingly.
