01. The plaintiff has filed this suit for declaration. The plaintiff
is absent from 02.11.2022 and since then, failed to appear before the
Court. Issues in this matter came to be framed on 21.09.2020. The
plaintiff failed to furnish the evidence. Therefore, the case was posted
for dismissal on 13.06.2024. It appears that, the plaintiff is not
interested in the litigation. The suit is liable to be dismissed for want of
prosecution. Several calls were given today also from 11.00 AM to
05.00 PM, but plaintiff/his counsel were absent. Hence, I am inclined

to pass following order.
O R D E R
1. The suit No.1564 of 2019 stands dismissed for want of
prosecution.
2. The record be sent to the record room for further
preservation.
