The Director of the plaintiff is present along with his
Advocate. The plaintiff company authorized his Director namely
Mr. Tushar Zaveri to withdraw the suit bearing Commercial Suit
No. 66 of 2019. Advocate for the defendant is also present. He
has no objection to withdraw the suit. The plaintiff also filed an
application at Exhibit 39 for withdrawal of the suit. In view of
order passed at Exhibit 39, the suit stands disposed off as
withdrawn. The parties to bear respective costs. The Court
Fee be refunded to the plaintiff as per rule.
