1 Plaintiff is present alongwith advocate. She filed this
application for withdrawal of the suit against the defendant. She
voluntarily submitted that she on her own demolished the notice
structure and accordingly, informed the defendant with
photographs showing demolition of structure. Therefore, she does

not want to prosecute the matter and wants to withdraw the same.
2 It reveals that the plaintiff is willing to withdraw the
suit unconditionally. Hence, there shall be no hindrance to grant
permission for withdrawal. Hence, plaintiff is permitted to
withdraw the suit unconditionally. Specific order is passed below
Ex.1.
