refused on 26/11/2020. In spite of granting leave to register the NM on
21/12/2020. The pltff failed to do so. On 22/03/2021 last chance was
granted for registering the NM but pltff has failed to do so. On
17/08/21 it was specifically directed that pltff to take steps for
registration of NM but again it is not done. As interim reliefs are refused
it shows that the pltff has lost interest in this NM. Hence draft NM
stands dismissed in default. It be registered for statistical purpose.
