Ward, MCGM present.
Heard both sides at length on Ad-interim injunction.
Mr. Zishan Sayed, Junior Engineer, submitted that the corporation will
follow due process of law regarding suit structure.
Adv. Khandagale submitted that plaintiff have come with per-mature
stage. Adv. Khandagale for deft/ MCGM have objection of any interim
relief. Both parties are ready to follow due process of law regarding
the suit structure. Therefore, I pass the following order.
Order on draft N/M :-
1. The deft/Corporation is hereby directed to follow due process
of law regarding any action against suit structure.
2. If any adverse order goes against plaintiff, two weeks protection
granted to plaintiff to challenge adverse order from the date of
communication of order to the plaintiff.
3. Draft Notice of Motion is disposed off accordingly.
Draft Notice of Motion be registered for statistical purpose.
Authenticated copies be given to the both parties.
