defendant is only liable to pay the maintenance and other
amount of the suit flat 2. Does the plaintiff prove that the
defendant has failed paid to maintenance and all other
charges to the society 3. Whether the suit is maintainable 3.
Is the plaintiff entitle for the relief sought 4. What order and
decree Plaintiff is directed to file list of witness, evidence in
chief as well as documents as per list on next date. Matter
