JUDGMENT
This is a application for appointment of guardian of a
minor under the Guardian and Wards Act.
2. It is the submission of petitioner that ward is by name
Vaishnavi Kiran Kamble born on 04.12.2017. Her parents
Kiran Subhash Kamble and Manisha Kiran Kamble died on 26
and 27.03.2018. The elder brother of ward Master Daksh
Kiran Kamble also died on 05.04.2018. The petitioner is the
grandmother of ward Vaishnavi and taking care of her. Their
other relatives have no objections for appointing petitioner as
guardian. Petitioner has no adverse interest. The mother of
ward is having ten Kisan Vikas Patra of Rs.10,000/- each while
the brother of ward late Daksh Kiran Kamble was having
account with Post Ofce, Mumbai. Accordingly, petitioner
prayed for her appointment as guardian of ward.
3. Accordingly, publication was issued in newspaper
dated 16.10.2019. The copy of newspaper is placed on record
below afdavit Exh-03. Till date no one has raised objection
about the claim of petitioner.

4. In support of application petitioner has fled the death
certifcate of parents and elder brother of ward which
corroborates the contention raised in petition. The xerox
copies of Kisan Vikas Patra and postal pass-book are placed on
record. Other heirs Mrs. Satyabhama Kedari, the another
grandmother of ward Vaishnavi as well as Jayeshree Shewale,
the aunt of ward have fled their no objection for appointment
of petitioner as guardian. Since the demise of parents ward is
residing with petitioner and petitioner has no adverse interest
against her. Therefore, petitioner can be appointed as
guardian of the person and property of the ward. Accordingly,
the order.
ORDER
1. The Guardian Petition No.191/2019 is hereby allowed.
2. Petitioner Mrs. Laxmi Subhash Kamble is hereby appointed
and declared as guardian of person and property of minor
Vaishnavi Kiran Kamble.
3. Guardian Petition No.191/2019 stands disposed of
accordingly.
