ORDER
This Chamber Summons has been filed by the advocate of
plaintiff for amendment in the Plaint and Proceedings as per the
Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons.
2. The learned advocate of the Plaintiff submitted that he was
informed by the advocate of the defendants regarding the death of
original defendant no. 1(a) by letter dated 16.01.2018. He thus

submitted that in view of the same Chamber Summons be allowed.
3. The learned advocate of the defendant nos. 1(d) and 1(f)
did not have objection for allowing the Chamber Summons.
4. Heard both the sides. Perused the roznama and documents
on record.
5. It is observed that the Death Certificate of the defendant
no. 1(a) Prem Lachhmandas Jumani is filed on record by the plaintiff.
Thus, considering the circumstances before me, the Chamber Summons
deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following Order is passed :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 704 of 2018 is allowed.
2. Amendment to be carried out by next date.
