ORDER
1. This chamber summons is taken out on behalf of the plaintiffs
for taking legal heirs of deceased plaintiff no.1.
2. Heard learned counsel on behalf of plaintiffs. Read the present
chamber summons, perused the affidavit and death certificate of
plaintiff no.1.

3. On perusal of the death certificate of deceased plaintiff no.2, it
appears that plaintiff no.1 Daksha Raju Suvarna was expired on
17/02/2019. The present chamber summons is taken out on
05/04/2019, within a period of limitaton. The applicant is the daughter
of deceased plaintiff no.1. Therefore, if this chamber summons is to be
allowed, then it will not cause any hardship to the other side. Therefore,
I inclined to allow this chamber summons. Hence, I proceed to pass
following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.919/2019 is hereby allowed as prayed for.
2. The plaintiffs and their advocate are hereby directed to carry out
proposed amendment within stipulated period from the date of this
order.
3. Chamber Summons No.919/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
