F.R.S.R. following order is passed below
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion no.1518/18 is allowed subject to costs of Rs.25,000/- payable by the applicants to the plaintiff, on or before next date without fail.
2. The exparte decree passed in Summary suit no.3051/12 on 20/07/2015, is set aside.
3. Leave is granted to the heirs of the original defendant i.e. applicants for appearance in the above said suit.
4. The plaintiff is directed to bring the applicants on record in the suit as the legal heirs of deceased defendant and serve Summons for Judgment on them on or before the next date.
5. The payment of cost is condition precedent.
