ORAL ORDER
1. Plaintiff filed this application for permission to withdraw
the suit.

2. Perused Application. Chief Manager Sanchita Pednekar is
present. Advocate Jyoti Tiwari for plaintiff present. The Learned
Advocate for plaintiff identified Sanchita Pednekar. Both submitted that
Corporation Bank merged into Union Bank of India, as per The Gazette
of India with effect from 01.04.2020. The said Manager submitted that
the matter is settled out of Court and therefore permission be granted to
withdraw the suit.
3. Perused Order 23 Rule 1 of the CPC. As per said provision
the plaintiff can withdraw the suit unconditionally.
4. Perused xerox copy of Gazette of India Exh.4 filed today.
Today this matter is taken on board from 15.04.2021. I have heard
Chief Manager Sanchita Pednekar. Hence following order:
ORDER
Plaintiff is allowed to withdraw the Summary Suit No. 1251/19
unconditionally under Order 23 Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure.
