ORDER
1. The appeal filed by the Corporation challenges interim relief granted in Notice of Motion No. 2202 of 2018. The impugned order is dated 25 July 2018. There has been no stay granted by this Court on operation of the said order till today although more than 7 years have passed. The main suit is now listed for recording the evidence. Therefore, the present appeal can be disposed of by observing that the interim relief granted by the impugned order to continue till disposal of the suit.
2. Appeal is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, Interim application does not survive.
