ORAL ORDER
1. Defendant No.2 has stated that the delay on his part is
unintentional and he was under the bonafide impression that the relief
as sought only against the defendant No.1. He has further stated that he
was informed that there is a possibility of a Decree being passed against
defendants. According to him, it is responsibility of defendant No.1 to
pay money to plaintiff and apprehending that the Court may pass a
Decree against him also he appeared in the suit.
2. Plaintiff has not filed any reply and opposed such contention.
Hence, it appears delay is not intentional on the part of defendant,

hence delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence,
