ORAL ORDER
The plaintiffs have taken out this chamber summons under
Order XXII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short “CPC”)
for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased
defendant No.1.

2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. From the affidavit filed in support of the chamber summons
and a copy of the death certificate annexed to it, it is clear that
defendant No.1 has expired on 12.07.2020. The plaintiffs have filed the
present chamber summons on 12.10.2020 within the time stipulated
under Article 120 of the Limitation Act, 1963. So, I hold that the
chamber summons deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order:
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.606 of 2020 is made
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2. Costs shall be costs in the cause.
3. Chamber Summons No.606 of 2020 is accordingly
disposed of.
