1. This Chamber summons is taken out by the plaintiff for
carrying out amendment in the plaint.
2. That as per the contention of the plaintiff the name of the
company is changed. They are filed the new certificate of in
corporation on record issued by the registrar of companies. According to
their contention the amendment is formal in nature. This contention is
opposed by the defendant.
3. Heard both parties. Perused the material on record.

4. Upon considering the hearing it is apparent that the
amendment is formal in nature. The name of company is changed. No
prejudice would be caused to the defendant. Hence considering this,
accordingly I pass the following order.
: ORDER :
1. Chamber Summons No.680 of 2018 is allowed in terms of
prayer clause (a) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/ to be paid to
both the defendant equally.
2. Plaintiff to carry out amendment on or before next date.
