the application which is supported by an affidavit.
Also perused the judgment in Summary Suit No.
798/17 passed by Ld. Predecessor on 14.01.2019.
Some clerical/typographical mistakes have been
pointed out in the application which is reflected in
the judgment. As per the provisions of section 152
of the CPC those mistakes being the clerical and
typographical mistakes needs to be corrected. The
main suit was proceeded exparte and the
judgment and decree there on is also exparte.
Even after service of the notice of this MA the
defendants did not turned up. Considering these
facts, the present application needs to be allowed
in consonance of the provisions of section 151 and
152 of the CPC in the interest of justice.
Therefore, I pass the following order ORDER MA
No. 52/2020 is allowed in terms of prayer clause
(a) and it is disposed of.
