1.Summary Civil Suit No.25/2021, is hereby decreed with costs.
2.Defendants do pay the amount of Rs.1,63,536.98/- Rupees One Lakh Sixty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Six and Ninety-Eight Paise only with interest at the rate of 9 p.a. on the principal amount of Rs.1,50,000/-Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only from the date of filing of suit till realisation of entire amount.
