The C.A. Mr.Jatin Bindra of plaintiff present in the Court. He has
stated that he does not want to proceed with the Suit filed against
the Defendant/Corporation. Accordingly he has filed withdrawal
application. Heard both sides. After hearing both sides and perusal
of withdrawal application, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. As there is unconditional withdrawal of the Suit, the Suit is
disposed off.
2. Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff, if any, as per rule.
3. No order as to costs.
4. In view of withdrawal of Suit, draft NM stands disposed off.
Authenticated copies be given to the both parties.
Suit and draft NM be registered for statistical purpose.
