I have gone through Chamber summons, affidavit in support of it. As per death certificate Plaintiff no.2 Ramesh Pednekar died on 29.01.2019. Applicants claim that they are legal representatives of deceased Plaintiff no.2 and prayed for bringing on record their names. Chamber summons is filed within the prescribed period of limitation. Therefore, I am inclined to allow chamber summons. Hence pass following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.896/19 is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2. Plaintiffs to carry out amendment in cause title within period of two weeks from date of order.
3. Accordingly, chamber summons is disposed off.
