4. Plaintiff has raised strong objection that defendant no.1 is a
bank, it is intentional delay on the part of defendant. It is prayed to
reject the motion.
5. On perusal of proceeding, defendant no.1 has submitted
notice of motion alongwith copy of written statement. It appears that
there is no intentional delay. It would be judicious to decide the matter
on merit. Hence motion is allowed. Hence the order :

1. Notice of Motion No. 1677/2019 is allowed, no order of
cost.
2. Copy of W.S. is supplied to the plaintiff.
