:ORAL ORDER:
1. Very limited prayer has been asked by the applicant by virtue of
this application. The Misc. Petition no. 53/2019 is allowed by this Court
on 8.3.2019 at that time the name of the respondent is incorrectly
mentioned in the title of the petition as Svinayak instead of Vinayak and
also the date of birth is wrongly mentioned as 17.7.2017 instead of
8.7.2017. I have gone through the documents placed on record. Heard
Ld. Advocate for petitioners and respondents at length. Considering the
documents placed on record, it appears that there is a minor
modification in the name of respondent in the title of the petition as
Svinayak instead of Vinayak and in the birth date ie 17.7.2017 instead
of 8.7.2017. No prejudice will be caused if the aforesaid name and date
of birth are to be modified. Hence this Misc. application is succeeds.
Hence following order is passed -
ORDER
1 Misc. Application no. 46 of 2019 in Misc. Petition 53 of 2019 is
allowed.
2 The order dated 8.3.2019 be modified by correcting the name of
Respondent no.1 from “Svinayak” to “Vinayak” and date of birth
of the minor Vihan be changed to “8.7.2017” from “17.7.2017”.
3 Accordingly Misc. Application no.46 of 2019 is disposed of.
