Read the chamber summons and reply of the defendants
thereon. Heard both the counsels of both the sides. Perused the record.
2. This chamber summons came out for making amendment
in the plaint as well as in the notice of motion. On scrutiny of the
proposed amendment, I am of the opinion that if this proposed
amendment is to be allowed, it will not cause any change of the nature
of either in the plaint as well as in the notice of motion. Moreover, it
will not cause any hardship on the part of the defendants. Therefore, I
proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.891/19 is hereby allowed for making

amendment in the plaint and NM.
2. The plaintiff and his advocate are directed to carry out proposed
amendment in plaint and NM within 14 days.
3. Chamber summons no. 891/19 is hereby disposed of.
