2.This appeal challenges order, rejecting ad-interim relief by City Civil Court on 13th October 2017.
3.The learned Counsel for the appellant states that the main motion is fixed for hearing on 12th November, 2025 before the Trial Court.
4.Since the main motion is already fixed for hearing, and for the reasons stated in paragraph 5 of the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference.
