. Plaintiff bank has taken out this Chamber Summons for
substitute service through paper publication on Defendant Nos.1 and 2.
2. Heard learned Advocate Ms. Vaishali Kurle for plaintiff.
3. Plaintiff bank had issued writ of summons to Defendant
Nos.1 and 2 but returned with remark unserved. Hence, to secure
presence of Defendant Nos.1 and 2 writ of summons is required to be
served on the address mentioned in the title clause.

4. Learned Advocate Ms. Vaishali Kurle for plaintiff submitted
that writ of summons in the name of Defendant Nos.1 and 2 be
published in the newspaper "Business Standard" and "Punjab Keshri" as
both these papers having circulation in the area in which defendants are
residing. Hence, I pass the following order :

1. Chamber Summons No. 657/2018 is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause.
