It is to noted here that the plaintiff has filed this Suit against the defendant for injunction as well as restoration of possession under Order-6 of Specific Relief Act. In this suit the plaintiff has also taken NM No.2421/2023 for injunction. At the same time the defendants have taken their NMs under Order-7 Rule-11. In this circumstances considering the apprehension of the plaintiff as well as Legal issues raised by  the defendants in their NM under Order-7 Rule-11, if all the NM will be heard simultaneously then it will serve the ends of justice as the faith of the NM taken by the parties is depend on the their result/order.
