1) The chamber summons is filed to amend the plaint
and substitute the name of the plaintiff on the ground that as per
gazette dt. 04.03.2020 the Corporation Bank and Andhra Bank
amalgamated into Union Bank of India. The plaintiff has relied
on the gazette published on 04.03.2020. The chamber summons
is supported by affidavit of Ravi Goyal, manager and authorized
Signatory of Union Bank of India (ecorporation bank).
2) The defendants are yet to be served. The plaintiff
Corporation Bank is amalgamated into Union Bank of India.

Therefore the amendment is necessary. Hence pass following
order :
ORDER
1. The Chamber summons is made
absolute in terms of prayer (a).
2. The plaintiff to carryout amendment
within limitation as per schedule
annexed to the chamber summons.
3. Register the chamber summons for
statistical purpose.
4. Accordingly, chamber summons is
disposed of.
