Perused Chamber summons and record. Heard Ld. counsel for plaintiff. Plaintiff has filed this Chamber summons to condon delay of 310 days to carry out the amendment as per annexure-A. It is submitted on behalf of plaintiff that erstwhile authorized representative of plaintiff company namely Ms. Shreya Shetty resigned from the plaintiff company on 12.10.2023. The plaintiff has filed extract of minutes of Board meeting dated 12.10.2023 at Exh-A. Therefore, plaintiff company has authorized Ms. Anuradha Kolam vide resolution dated 05.03.2025(Exh-B) to represent suit. Therefore, plaintiff wants to carry out the amendment in the title clause.
