Plaintiff has challenged the notice issued under Section
354A of MMC Act dated 25/09/2020.
2. Ld. Adv. S.K.Dubey for plaintiff submits that it was replied
on 26/09/2020. However, the speaking order dated 29/09/2020
reflects that no reply was submitted by the plaintiff.

3. Heard ld. Adv. Tondwalkar for the MCGM.
4. Considering entire facts in total, this Court has directed to
proceed for fresh speaking order. It was issued by the MCGM on
13/10/2020. Thereafter Notice of Motion No. 1493/2020 came to be
preferred by the plaintiff, which has been decided by this Court with
detail reasons. Hence, no necessity for fresh detail order and following
order is passed :
- ORDER -
1. Notice of Motion No. 1477/2020 becomes infructuous,
hence filed. No order of cost.
2. N/m No. 1477/2020 is disposed off accordingly.
