Present Chamber summons is filed by defendants No.1 and 2 for giving directions to plaintiff to delete defendants No.1 to 4 and in place these defendants to implead the three persons named in the present Chamber Summons as the defendants. The plaintiff has not filed the reply to this Chamber summons. The defendants No.1 and 2 have filed affidavit in support of it and also additional affidavit.
