Heard both sides. Perused the record and Exhibit 1 in both the suits. As the parties and the subject matter in both the suits are similar, in order to avoid inconsistent finding as regards the issue of validity of notice u/s.354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888, I allow this application and pass the following order : -- 1 of 3 -- 2 TA 92/18 ORDER 1) T.A. 92/2018 is allowed. 2) L.C. Suit No.2074/2010, presently in C.R. No.6 of the City Civil Court, Dindoshi Branch, is withdrawn and is transferred to C.R. No.8, City Civil Court, Dindoshi Branch. 10/09/2018 (P.V.
