ORDER BELOW CONSENT TERMS EXH.6
The defendant No.2 Dr.Vivek Vasudev Pai has authorised representative in
view of resolution dated 09.02.2019 passed by Managing Committee of the
plaintiff No.1, is present with the Adv.for the plaintiff. Defendant No.2 for
himself and on behalf of defendant No.1, defendant No.2 to 4 alongwith
Adv.for defendant No.1 to 4 are present. Read the report of Judge Mediator at
Exh.5. Parties have settled their disputes in view of consent terms attached to
the mediation report. Parties are identified by their respective advocates. The
consent terms are readover and explained to the parties. They voluntarily
admit and accept the terms of consent terms and undertaking made therein. In
view of the consent terms defendant No.3 and 4 have received demand drafts
for the amounts stated in the consent terms. Accordingly they have signed in
terms of acknowledgment thereto at page No.9 of the consent terms. Hence,
consent terms are required to be read and recorded. Hence, I pass the
following order.
ORDER
1. Consent terms are read and recorded. Undertakings made
therein are accepted.
2. I proceed to pass order below Exh.1.
