Bhatia i.e plff in person present. None for defts. Plaintiff in person who is also an advocate made in submission in writing on plaint itself for its unconditional withdrawal. In view of said submission suit of plff stands withdrawn and dismissed. In view of withdrawal of suit pending N/M No. 4305/18 and Ch/s no. 866/19 also stand disposed off being infructuous. It appears from record the one N/M No. 1921/17 is not yet to disposed off. However by going through the CIS it is revealed that the said N/M was shown disposed off by the then Court Typist on 24.10.2018. However on going through the entire roznama it appears that no date was fixed for this matter on 24.10.2018. On the contry it was in fact on 19.10.2018 on which day the other N/M No.2658/18 was shown disposed off by the concern court typist. Further CIS done by concern court typist also shows that on 24.10.2018 in had in fact disposed off. N/M No.2658/18 and not N/M No.1921/17. Thus, it appears that there is serious mistake committed by the then concern Court Typist. As such, Registrar of this court is directed to issue show cause notice to the concerned Court Typist. Under such circumstances, the N/M No.1921/17 not being actually disposed off, now disposed off in view of withdrawal of this suit.
