NO.1630/19 1. Notice of Motion no.1630 of 2019 is made
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b), subject to
cost of Rs.2500/- to be paid by the Defendant nos.1(a) to
1(e) to Plaintiff. 2. Defendant nos.1(a) to 1(e) are directed,
if previously any order directing them to pay the costs is
passed by the Court, they should comply said order as well
as they should pay this costs amount in addition to
previously additional costs. ORDER ON NM NO.1631/19
1. Notice of Motion no.1631 of 2019 is made absolute in
terms of prayer clause (a) and (b), subject to cost of
Rs.2500/- to be paid by the Defendant nos.1(a) to 1(e) to
Plaintiff. 2. Defendant nos.1(a) to 1(e) are directed, if
previously any order directing them to pay the costs is
passed by the Court, they should comply said order as well
as they should pay this costs amount in addition to
previously additional costs. Case is adjourned to
16/03/2020 for paying cost amount/compliance by
defendant nos. 2(a) to 2(e).
