Defendants advocate submitted that copy of amended plaint was not served upon Defendants personally however Defendants are intending to contest the suit therefore fair opportunity is necessary to be given to Defendants.
Plaintiffs advocate vehemently argued and submitted that Defendants have intentionally avoided the service of copies of amended plaint, hence the envelopes sent to them by post returned unclaimed, hence NMs are necessary to be dismissed.
