ORAL ORDER
The representative of the plaintiff company is present before
the Court along with his Advocate. The defendants' Advocate is also
present before the Court. It is submitted by both the parties that the
matter is settled between both the parties out of the Court and the
plaintiff do not want to proceed with the suit and want to withdraw the
suit. Accordingly, the plaintiff filed an application at Exh.3 for
withdrawal of the suit unconditionally. The defendants have no
objection for disposing the suit. Hence, I pass the following order:
ORDER
1. In view of order passed at Exh.3, the commercial suit bearing
No.704 of 2021 stands disposed off as withdrawn.
2. Parties to bear their respective costs.
