1. Commercial Suit No. 690/2021 is partly decreed.
2.The defendant is directed to pay amount of Rs.20,00,580.13 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Five Hundred Eighty and Paise Thirteen Only) to the plaintiff within three months from the date of decree.
