Shri Rohan Kumawat (JE) submitted that defendant corporation will not proceed on the basis of the impugned notice and order and also withdraw the same. Defendant corporation will reinspect the suit premises and proceed in accordance with law.
In view of this statement the cause of action to the suit does not survive. Defendant corporation is directed to give 7 days notice to the plaintiff and defendant no. 2 to 5 for inspection of the suit premises. All contentions are open to both the parties.
Accordingly, suit and NM No.1396/18 are disposed of. Proceeding is closed.
