affidavit shows that writ of summons sent to Deft.no.2 is
returned with the remark Left. It is the contention of Plff
that the addresses mentioned in title clause are the last
known addresses. Plaintiff further contended that Plff is not
aware about the new addresses. In such situation presence
of Deft.no.2 cannot be secured except by way of
publication of writ of summons in news paper. Hence order.

No.641/18 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.
Plaintiff is permitted to publish the writ of summons in
Free Press Journal and Nav-Shakti upon the payment of
necessary charges as per rule. 3. Plaintiff is directed to affix
the copy of writ of summons on the last known residential
address of defendant no.2 and also on the conspicuous part
of court house. Adj for compliance to 19.07.2018.
