Perused documents. It appears that on 20.03.2018, the Plaintiff has filed reply i.e. after passing order on 5.02.2018. In view of principle of natural justice it is hereby directed to the Defendant to consider, already filed reply by the plaintiff and pass a fresh speaking order in pursuance to the notice dtd 5.01.2018. The Plaintiff is at liberty to furnish documents to the Defendant, if any, only within a week from today. Thus it is hereby directed to the Defendant not to initiate coercive action in pursuance to the earlier order passed on 5.02.2018 till passing a fresh speaking order, as per above directions.
