:ORAL ORDER:
UPON READING the petition of Mr. Mahendra Abhimanyu Tari
the abovenamed petitioner declared on 4th day of April, 2019 AND
UPON READING the consent of the petitioner's wife Mrs. Swati
Mahendra Tari on 4th day of April, 2019 AND UPON HEARING MR.
RAKESH K.L. KAPOOR, Advocate for the petitioner abovenamed AND
UPON the petitioner through his said Advocate undertaking to produce
the said minor whenever called upon to do so AND FURTHER
undertaking to present the follow up report of the said minor to this
Honourable Court AND UPON being satisfied that the adoption will be
for the welfare of the minor AND UPON being satisfied that the
conditions for a valid adoption are fulfilled I DO ORDER that the
petitioner as guardian of the said minor referred in the petition as being
born on the 26th day of October, 2018 is hereby given permission to
give the said minor AYANSH MAHENDRA TARI in adoption to himself
AND I DO FURTHER DECLARE that the name of the said minor
AYANSH be changed to AYANSH MAHENDRA TARI and hereinafter
the said minor will be known ONLY as AND I DO FURTHER DECLARE
that the birth date of the said minor AYANSH MAHENDRA TARI is
26th day of October, 2018 as referred to the petition AND I DO
FURTHER ORDER that a separate Certificate be issued by the office of
the Registrar of the City Civil Court, Bombay giving the above date of
birth of said minor AYANSH MAHENDRA TARI and giving the name of
the petitioner and his wife as a parents of the said minor AYANSH
MAHENDRA TARI AND I DO FURTHER ORDER that the same shall be
serve as the Birth Certificate of the said minor for all purposes required

by Law and the petitioner is hereby considered as the father of the same
minor AYANSH MAHENDRA TARI and he is hereby granted leave to
apply to the concerned MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY / BRIHANMUMBAI
MAHANAGARPALIKA who is hereby ORDERED to issue a BIRTH
CERTIFICATE of the said minor AYANSH MAHENDRA TARI, born on
26th day of October, 2018 and showing the petitioner Mr. Mahendra
Abhimanyu Tari as his father and petitioner's wife Mrs. Swati
Mahendra Tari as his mother AND I DO FURTHER ORDER hereby
given permission to remove personally the said minor from the
jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court Mumbai and take the said minor to his
home or wherever he may reside or choose to travel in India or abroad
in future and for that purpose make an application to the passport
authority or any other authorities to take the said minor out of the
jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.
