Plaintiff desires to serve newly added defendant No.6. She was
added as defendant No.6 as per order in chamber summons No.1096/19.
However, when plaintiff tried to serve newly added defendant No.6 on the
address mentioned in chamber summons, he realized that it was a fake
address. Defendant No.6 is not residing on that address. Therefore, Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff prays for permitting him to serve summons upon Shri.
Yogesh P. Rane Advocate of applicant and newly added defendant No.6.
There is regards reasons stated behind, hence I pass following order:-
ORDER
1) Application (Ex.7) is allowed.
2) Plaintiff is allowed to serve writ of summons upon Shri. Yogesh P. Rane
