      This is the Chamber summons taken by the plaintiff to bring the Legal representative of defendant no. 1 who is expired on 26.08.2023. The defendant has taken strong objection to Chamber summons on the ground that the Chamber summons is not taken within a limitation and there is a gross negligence on the part of plaintiff.
       I have gone through the Chamber summons. Heard both sides. It shows that the plaintiff has not taken this Chamber summons within a limitation. It is the contention of the plaintiff that the delay caused to file the Chamber summons only because he has not brought the details of LR of defendant no. 1.
     In my view in this circumstance if this Chamber summons no. 180 of 2025 is allowed then it will not cause any prejudice to either party, rather serve the ends of justice. Hence the following order is passed -
