2. Heard learned advocate for the plaintiff.
3. From the record, specifically the roznama dated
26/3/2018 it reflects that the defendant had admitted the possession of
plaintiff in the suit premises. It also appears that the defendant had
made a statement in the form of undertaking that she would not
dispossess the plaintiff without following the due process of law.
Considering the statement made by the defendant at bar which is
accepted as an undertaking , no purpose would be served in keeping

this notice of motion pending. Hence I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. Notice of motion no.1376 of 2018 is allowed and
made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a)in view
of the statement made by the defendant on
26/3/2018.
