for steps/stay by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. The learned

Advocate Ms. Sanyukta Shinde for decree-holder/ plaintiff present and
tendered copy of order of Hon’ble Bombay High Court dated
18.02.2026 and fairly submitted at bar that the matter is amicably
settled between the parties. Therefore, she did not want to proceed
with Execution Application No.136 of 2019. The order dated
18.02.2026 of Hon’ble Bombay High Court shows that the first appeal
and cross objection are disposed off in terms of consent terms. The ld.
Advocate for decree-holder has also filed withdrawal pursis at Exhibit-
3. Hence, I pass following Order.
