Defendant no. 5 submitted that the original suit bearing no. 8247/1984 is still pending and not disposed off. However, considering the record, the suit bearing no. 8247/1984 is apparently not reflected in the CIS. As per record it shows that, the suit no. 8247/1984 is decreed and disposed of on 16.12.2014. Hence there remains nothing to ponder over further.
Considering the multiple notice of motions and Chamber summons pending in this suit, it is necessary to take each one of them, analysing its individual urgency, hence parties are directed to proceed further with those proceedings.
When the matter was about to stand over, the Court suggested 28.01.2026 as a next date to which Learned Advocate for plaintiff Mr. Rohit Lalwani posed objection and prayed that considering the urgency of C/S no. 2517/2025, a shorter date may be given.
