Adv.Patel for defendant no.1 and 2 made similar statement in respect of Room No.B/216, Siddhant Building G.D.Ambedkar Parel, Mumbai and one commercial premises situated at Dabholkar wadi, A-ward, SRA Sakari Gruhnirman Sansatha E-Wing 1st floor Parel, Bhoiwada thus, acccepting the statement made by the advocates of respective parties upon instructions the N/M No.1359/18 can be disposed off.
