      The learned advocate for plaintiff filed this application for extension of interim relief for the period of 6 weeks to facilitate plaintiff to challenge the order before the Honble High Court. Significantly, the Notice of Motion No.1949/2021 came to be decided on merit after hearing both the sides at length. In so far as, the earlier order which the learned advocate for plaintiff is referring was came to be passed on 10.11.2021 by virtue of which parties were directed to maintain status quo with respect to suit property till next date. It was the order of the status quo which prolonged this notice of motion for more than 5 years and said interim order came to be continued without any progress in the matter. After perusal of the case record on 19.08.2026, this aspect was apprised to the parties and they were called upon to make hearing on the notice of motion. Keeping in view, this backdrop now the original notice of motion bearing No.1949/2021 is disposed of on merits. Therefore, there is no need of any interim order or its extension. Thus, the request of the learned advocate for plaintiff is turned down.
